Simply Salvation

Salvation is so simple, but nowadays many churches and individuals tack on conditions to salvation and place "burdens" on one's confidence and/or Faith regarding their own personal salvation. Church attendance, tithing, eating or not eating certain foods the list is long and overwhelming and in the end, hopeless.

Let us remember how simple and liberating the blood-shed salvation of our Lord is:

Romans 10:8-10
"But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation"

vs. 13
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved"

Forget not the simplicity of salvation of the prisoner nailed alongside with Christ.

"And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise." Luke 23:43

AMEN!!
